Evocative and downtempo, Little Stones’ soundtrack style music is bridging the gap between the classical acoustic and the rhythms of electronica.

 

London-based Swedish musician Little Stones is a bass player at heart and always identified very strongly with the instrument which does its business from behind the scenes. A subtle and unceremonious way to provide a song with the ingredients that gives it its deeper feel. Having spent several years touring and recording as part of a band, as well as working as a session musician for a wide variety of genres, Little Stones is now embarking on a solo project of his own.

 

With the sounds of a delicate acoustic guitar at its core, the songs produced by Little Stones stay faithful to that central and organic concept of not only hearing, but crucially also feeling. Songs that are twisted and moulded into its own sub-genre, yet familiar and soothing to a wide and varying audience.

 

This is not music for filling up the spaces between the everyday humdrum tasks. This is music for immersion. This is music to swim in.
